- Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for processing and shipping from date of your order.
We ship via UPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping is available Monday – Friday. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, so we will need a street address or if using a rural route number, complete address and the nearest crossroad.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Porter's Craft and Frame you will be responsible for the original shipping and handling charges as well as the return cost of the package to us. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
We are happy to ship your order to Canada. Your orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping. We are required to complete a customs declaration with the sale price of the item(s) purchased.
Porter's cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
UPS and USPS are our shipping methods and we cannot expedite shipping for these orders.

Return shipments should be prepaid with the package securely wrapped.
If the items are damaged, notify us as noted above and we will promptly take care of replacing the item or issue you credit in the store.
